We're Live!/Current Status

Now that I've put together simple pdf previews for content in our book, we're officially live in itch.io! The previews on offer do not reflect the final versions of the book. We will hone in on perfecting our book's layout after funding. Let me take this opportunity to introduce ourselves:

We are Nine Heavens Press, a group made up of Asian and Korean diaspora creators plus many other skilled, industry-trained artists. Right now, we're over a year into the project. A majority of art assets is finished except for certain chapter art and dungeon maps. The manuscript is also complete and going through proofreading and playtests. We have three different groups made up of volunteers from Twitter playtesting the game since the very start. Their feedback has been critical in fine-tuning some numbers and statistics.

Overall, I can safely announce that we are 70% finished developing the book prior to the layout phase. We need funding to ensure we can finish the illustrations and layout and fund printing hardcover books. The Kickstarter will go live late September and I'll be making updates and publishing previews (like more stat blocks) over time until then. Please look forward to everything we have to share!
